The Sacramento Suburban Water District (SSWD) and Del Paso Manor Water District (DPMWD) Boards of Directors on Dec. 11 took a significant step toward combination by unanimously approving similar resolutions of application to the Sacramento Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo).
