RIO LINDA/ELVERTA, CA (MPG) – The Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District is inviting young artists to let their creativity take flight. Starting Sept. 29 and running through Nov. 24, the program will explore drawing, painting, color theory, composition and a variety of artistic mediums while building confidence and creating unique projects.

Each participant will complete and take home their own canvas masterpiece. 

The class is open to artists ages 8-14. Cost is $165 per participant with all supplies included. The nine-week program will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays at the RLE Community Center, 810 Oak Lake, Rio Linda.
