SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The public is invited to attend a powerful event, S.A.F.E. – Stopping Abuse for Everyone, to help bring awareness, education, intervention, prevention and healing to the issues of domestic violence and human trafficking.

The event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 2 to 3:30 pm at Step 1 Dance and Fitness, 4710 Natomas Blvd., Suite 150, Sacramento. Through performance, storytelling, movement and community gathering, S.A.F.E. will create a supportive space for the truth to be seen, heard, felt and discussed. Our intention is to move people, open hearts, start conversations and inspire action.

S.A.F.E. event includes live performances featuring dance, spoken word and music, a community gathering that connects audiences with awareness resources and artist-driven storytelling that gives voice to survivor-centered experience. Partnerships with local organizations to connect attendees to support networks.
