School’s Out, Construction’s In

SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) – While students, teachers and staff enjoy their summer break, several schools across the Twin Rivers Unified School District are undergoing summer renovations.

Projects at five area schools were highlighted at the June 17 General Services Meeting, as seen in a video posted to the Twin Rivers Unified School District YouTube channel.

Schools currently undergoing construction include Del Paso Heights Elementary which will see building repairs, Garden Valley Elementary where a new administrative and cafeteria building are being built, and Highlands High School which will see a canopy replacement and gym improvements in time for the new school year.

Additional projects include Allison Elementary where a single point of entry is being constructed and Kohler TK-8 where the hardcourt is being replaced.
