Twin Rivers Unified Celebrates Graduates

SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) – Graduation season is underway at Twin Rivers Unified School District. Ceremonies were held across the district in late May and early June to celebrate Class of 2026 graduates from CCCA High School, Pacific High School, Highlands High School, Vista Nueva High School, Grant Union High School, Keema High School, Rio Linda High School, Foothill High School and Twin Rivers Adult School.

Rio Linda High School’s graduation ceremony was held at 7 p.m. June 2 at Heart Health Park (Cal Expo), 1600 Exposition Blvd., Sacramento. Prior to the ceremony, the Rio Linda High School Class of 2026 visited Dry Creek Elementary and Rio Linda Preparatory Academy in their annual Walk of Gowns, receiving encouragement and well wishes from future graduates.

A drone show illuminated the sky at Cal Expo during the evening ceremony, spelling out words like “RLHS Knights” in lights, as well as an outline of the state of California with a red heart where Rio Linda falls on the map.  

Highlands High School Stadium and Foothill High School Stadium also hosted ceremonies for schools across the district.

Summer School graduation is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 25 at the Twin Rivers District Office.

To contact the district, call 916-566-1600 or visit the office at 5115 Dudley Blvd., McClellan, CA. During modified summer hours, the district office will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed to the public on Fridays. The office will also be closed on June 19 in observance of Juneteenth and on July 3.

Normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 20, with the office open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
