Get your FREE covid shot this Wednesday and Friday
RIO LINDA, CA (MPG) - Today, I went to the Rio Linda Library parking lot to check on this FREE shot clinic. The Sacramento County Public Health Dept has partnered with The National Guard to get anybody and everybody that wants to get their Covid shot.
I was told by Hannah Aalborg who is with the Sacramento County Health Department, to please let the public know you can come here and get your 2nd shot here, even if your first shot was given somewhere else, as long as it has been the time you were told between your first shot.
She also wanted me to say if you come down today and they will also be at the Rio Linda Library THIS FRIDAY, too This clinic will be back in the required time between shots again at the Rio Linda Library Parking lot.
The National Guard is there to help give the shots to the public. Those giving the shots are all qualified medics in the National Guard. This clinic is open to 12-year-olds and up.
